I drink nothing but water all day, I actually crave water now, who would have thought! But I am going strong in my pursuit to a better me! I have posted my measurements in case you were wondering.  I love how the gym has made me feel. I feel soar but I am ALIVE and it feels AMAZING. I am getting to the point were I feel guilty for not going to the gym! (haha)

I will be posting my measurements every Sunday to track my progress!
So can you keep up!?

Cherishing Time

Walking along the road of my past is painful, I have been through so many trials. I refuse to let it define who I am and who I will be, I am going to tell you today that I am going to give all the glory and thank GOD  for the life that I have lived. It has not been a very great one, I have been in many abusive relationships all through out my life but I thank God for giving me the opportunity to live and reflect back on those times as well as who I was and who I am today. I also thank him for letting me go through all of it, all of my life's trials even the ones I am going through today because it has made such a better person and given me a stronger relationship with MY SAVIOR, MY KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR. He has laid down his own sons life so that I and you can have a better one and I am so grateful for his sacrifice, WE ALL would be Damned to Hell if not was for his OWN sons death. When looking into that light I want you to realize that the things we go through on a daily basis, God is right there with us, waiting for us to fall into his grace. When we fail to our own salvation  that is when we will be saved by his alone. When going through the horrific moments in life I look to the ONE who can pull me through it because he put that moment there for A REASON. He gave you life NOT for you to die, but to live and to live with him. So in my life, I am not only trying to change my eating habits but to also live closer with God and His peaceful, fulfilling and joyous love. With Him, in all things, we are all successful; maybe not by our meaning or that we can see but he knows that down the road he will be able to use our experiences to save another soul from being exposed to that circumstance.
I have, for so long, let my past take over my heart and my thoughts and they destroyed me. Hand in hand with God he gave me the strength and grace to relinquish my failures and insecurities to grow with him into who I am today and will be tomorrow.

I am reading in my devotions and this has truly been a blessing to me today and I am sure if you are reading this post, it will be to you as well.
In Sarah Young's, Jesus Calling, Devotional it states
" Try to view each day as an adventure, carefully planned by your guide. Instead of staring into the day ahead of you, attempting to program it according to your will, be attentive to me and to all I have prepared for you. Thank me for this day of life, recognizing that it is precious, unrepeatable gift. Trust that I am with you each moment, whether you sense my presence or not. A thankful, trusting attitude helps you see events in your life from my perspective
A life lived close to me will NEVER be dull or predictable. Expect each day to contain surprises! Resist your tendency to search for the easiest route through the day. Be willing to to follow wherever I lead. No matter how steep or treacherous the path before you, the safest place to be is BY MY SIDE"

SO true, So live your day in Gods path because it is safest and HIS will.

I posted this because in order for me to succeed in anything I do, I need My Lords help. So if you are following me and my accomplishments, I felt that this was a good reminder that we need to keep going strong because life can be so hard sometimes and we can so easily get off track and on the wrong path and we need to always remember that God is our foundation and he wants us to be successful. So thrive in his grace ALONE.

Stay strong
You'll get there

Before stress even begins.

In the new year we will face stress, sometimes a lot of stress. For me this has already been the case this new year. So I want to share this video with you so that we can all deal with life before the stress starts to kick in.  With everything that is going on in our own little worlds and in the world that surrounds us there can be a lot to handle and deal with BUT there is a haven that we all need to cleave to and that is God when situations pop up that rock our world. With the stress we sometimes lose focus of what is important in our lives and ourselves, leaving us sometimes regretting as well as forgetting that our heavenly father has already planned this for us, so don't sweat the small stuff because God DOESNT give us ANYTHING that we cant handle. When we cleave to his grace and love we will always come out of the dark and into peace. This video gives us insight to how to deal with life before we start to stress.

MyFitnessPal - Free Calorie Counter

Catching up with time

As the new year approaches so does bathing suit season. I ask myself am I ready? Hmm, good question. Ill tell you this, I am not ready and in serious need for the holidays to be over so I can get on with my new routine which I am very excited to start. Attending school and working makes working out an eating healthy difficult but do able. Ready for my life to start. Everyday I feel like this weight is just baggage from past relationships, life changing events and so on. I refuse to do this any longer. Its time, a long time coming. I want to walk with confidence that no one can catch or destroy.

As it begins with the new year of 2013
